NEW YORK -Ballet teacher Amera Bogizeviz says she loved the Chinese New Year Splendor on Saturday night.
"I really love it. I mean, that flexibility I never saw in my life, honestly. It's just very nice," she said.
She enjoyed the classical Chinese dance movements.
"Like I said, the jumps and flexibility of these dancers are just very special. I mean, I don't know if anybody else can be that flexible," she said.
Her daughter Mira was at the show with her. "It was great. It was really great. It was much more than we anticipated," Mira said.
"I was just telling my mum, because her grandfather, my great grandfather was Mongolian, so we were saying that the 'Chopstick Zest' was our favorite," she said.
They found about the show through her mother's ballet school.
"We had a good time. We had a very good time. It was awesome," Mira said.
The Divine Performing Arts international touring companies land next in Germany and Japan.
