NEW YORK -Victor Dabah was born in England, raised in Panama, and then came to the United States where he lives in Brooklyn, New York. He now runs a business that imports goods from China. Victor came with his wife and five grandchildren to see the February 9 showing of the Chinese New Year Splendor at Radio City Music Hall.
"We had a very nice time. We brought all of the kids to the show because next year we are taking them to China," said Victor, "We heard that this weekend was the last weekend of the show, and we wanted to bring all of our grandkids,"
His wife added, "I was crying. It was breathtaking."
Victor mentioned that he and his family had never been to China before and had come to see the show to because they wanted to expose their grandchildren to traditional Chinese culture.
All five of his grandchildren were highly enthused by the performance. When asked if they had ever seen a show like this before, they replied happily, "No, never. This is very good. This is the first time."
Victor added, "Everything was special. Very, very nice."
When asked what their favorite part was, Victor replied, "The scenery and the dancers."
